We all need to become much more resilient to deal with challenge and difficulty. We actually tend to give up really easily if something does not work out as we had hoped. A key aspect of resilience is building perseverance – that’s all about being ok with failing, learning, getting up again, going forward and being ok with rejection. We need to keep going, keep moving. It’s also crucial for resilience to think about and be aware of the network around us, that we have support, that we are looking after ourselves, getting enough sleep and eating the right foods.
