We work with schools, charities, youth offending teams and pupil referral units to increase the chances of young people by; improving educational standards and giving them 21st century life skills . Especially those in environments and situations that need them the most.
How do we work with young people?
What are 21st Century life skills?
These are the skills young people really need to cope in today’s fast paced, high pressured and uncertain world. They need to know how to be resilient and be able to bounce back easily from setbacks, think critically, creatively and fluidly, tap into adaptability to deal with change and be resourceful, be proactive and optimistic and interact with others with empathy and kindness.

Our Success Stories
Affinity Sutton Housing Association
Between 2014 and 2016 we worked with this housing association’s most vulnerable residents supporting them with skills workshops to help them back into employment. The workshops ran on a bi-monthly basis and included a third day where the focus was on helping participants work towards an ASDAN short-course in leadership. This partnership also led to us being able to deliver a funded pilot to young offenders in Elstree and Borehamwood.
“In two days this workshop has really changed the way I look at everything! I can’t even imagine what I will learn by the third day” – Participant
Borehamwood Youth Offending Team
One of our very first pilot sessions was with the Borehamwood Youth Offending Team working with young people on a non-custodial order. These young people were not attending school and were completely disengaged with the education system. Attending these skills workshops gave them a completely different experience of working in a group and learning about themselves.
“I feel I can make some positive changes in my life after working with Rhian and the team” – young offender Borehamwood
Newham Youth Offending Team
Newham is one of the most deprived areas in London. We worked with Newham Youth Offending Team to create programmes of change that inspire and motivate young offenders to make meaningful changes and positive decisions going forward.
“Thank you so much for working with our young people. We have never seen them so engaged and active – it’s a breath of fresh air”.
